Expect about 3 attempts per finished item (40% average progress per attempt). Per-attempt materials are consumed on every attempt; finishing materials once per item.
Each attempt uses
7× Iron Ingot — refine from Iron Ore (common low-rank Refining output)
7× Copper Ingot — refine from copper ore
Finishing (once per item)
2× Common Leather — low-rank Weaving skill output
2× Fine Leather — fragmentation of Fine Leather Strap (or weaving byproduct)
