How to get the manual
The manual is rank 5 and survives 30 uses; every crafting attempt spends one use.
No working source exists today. Player trades and the auction house are the only path.
Materials
Expect about 5 attempts per finished item (22% average progress per attempt). Per-attempt materials are consumed on every attempt; finishing materials once per item.
Each attempt uses
3× Iron Ingot — refine from Iron Ore (common low-rank Refining output)
3× Mythril Ingot — refine from mythril ore. Barri Mythril Mine/Advanced, or L-Rod ore deposits
1× Desert Dragon Scale — Desert Dragon field raid drop
Finishing (once per item)
3× Tough String — weaving Thick Thread Balls
1× Desert Dragon Eye — Desert Dragon field raid drop
