How to get the manual
The manual is rank 1 and survives 30 uses; every crafting attempt spends one use.
Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon: phantasm-tier run of Rabbie Dungeon. End chest can drop the Soluna Blade manual. Needs a Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon Pass and equipment level 120, up to 4 players per pass.
Materials
Expect about 1 attempt per finished item (100% average progress per attempt). Per-attempt materials are consumed on every attempt; finishing materials once per item.
